any1 out there no what other leaf springs will fit into the rear of a 87 yj,,mine are straight again??i put 2 brand new sets in and a new set of skyjackers in this thing in past 14 years and they keep going straight,,i think it would be better to get a stronger set out of something eles,but havent got out to the junkyard yet to see what fits,,thanks

I would suggest you double up the main leaf with a leaf from an old leaf pack. Part of what kills the leafs is axle wrap. The second leaf acts like "antiwrap" bar and keeps the height. I had this on one of my Samurai's with YJ springs and it worked great . Just mine 2 cents....

ya i might try and going with the 1 stronger main leaf,,the 4 inch skyjackers that are in it now are straight on the back,,the front 1s still got a good curl,,they have been in for 3 years but its been sitting for 2 years other than moving it around the yard thats it,,i think thats why there going straight,and i dont want it riding like a tank,,,lol,,thanks for the info
