ZJ Upper Rear Shock Mount

Hi, does anyone have any experience or idea's to fix a ZJ upper rear shock mount? I bought my truck with a broken one, thinking its not a big idea, i left it broken until i changed my shocks at which time i cut off what was left of the stud and welded on a 5/8" bolt that i cut the hex head off of. This worked great until a few days ago when i hit a large dip at a gas station and it broke off :pissed:, now back to 3 shocks. I have prepared a replacement bolt however i am thinking that my...

You can drill it out or pivot the bar pin, run a new hole and use a grade5 nut and bolt. I snapped ALL 4 off my TJ when lifting it for the first time, and then snapped 2 when lifting it againfor longer shocks. I put Bar Pin Eliminators, wham bam thank you ma'am.

I'm near Meadowlands and Fisher, i tried drilling the stud originally, but its Damn hard. how do you put in the BPE's on the upper rear?
and where is the jeep lounge? hehe wow such a noob.

I don't know if the ZookLoiunge is open for business, new baby n all. He was planning on taking the winter off, maybe he's started to go stir crazy already!

i guess ill try and mig up my replacement again, and try with a higher current, if that fails Ill be back.
