CB Bumper Mount kit with cable and Firestik antenna

I am returning this to Quadratec but thought to see if anyone is interested in it:

It comes with
4ft Firestik antenna
Bumper mount bracket
18 ft cable.

They shipped it to me by accident instead of the the taillight one that I wanted. To get the one I want faster, I purchased the taillight mount and can return the bumper mount afterwards which would reimburse me.
I figured I would at least put it out there if someone wants it...
