Hi, I checked out the wagoneer this weekend and it is a 1986 not an 81. I was miss informed by the previous owner. here are some pics of the front and rear diffs. I believe they are dana 44's with the front diff being full time - no pot

Thanks,
Rob

I sent you a message about the wheels and tires

Loco

I'd wheel it
Judging by the first picture of the 5th post I'd say it looks like it's driver side drop.:D

IIRC, `81 Waggy would be wide track. All FSJs were low pinion.

Actually the only wide track FSJ are J series trucks and some 2dr Cherokee.
4dr Wagoneers/Grand Wagoneers were all narrow tracks. All widetrack equipped FSJ's have the large fender flares on them. Yes to the low pinion.

How much would you want and what is the gear ratio of the front 44?

People keep asking him questions but he doesn't seem to be responding. But if he does what parts of the 44 do you want Adrian? I just want the outer C's and brakes etc unless you need the whole thing......let me know.

It would be the whole axle. My brother in law is looking for a front, drivers side drop, 44 to swap into his ranger....
