I am planning on lining all of my tub once I get my floor pan dealt with. I was thinking of doing Duraliner (you can get it at CT for $80-$100) but reviews of it has been hit and miss. Herculiner has had great reviews but I don't know where I can get it around here.
Anyone have good experience with any other liners (or at least know where I can get Herculiner in Ottawa)? It has to be rollable and easily repairable.

i have finished all the welding and sealing in mine and am waiting for a nice couple of days to herculine, i picked it up at a store called trucks plus here in pembroke - if you can't find it in Ottawa maybe check out their website and have some sent out to you.

Thanks. If I can't find some out here then I may look at seeing if I can get some from there. Probably cheaper to have them ship it than go out there (unless someone who is out that way happens to be coming to Ottawa in the next week or so).
Update: This place ships in Canada for $160 plus shipping:

I used the Hippo liner from Canadian Tire and it's rollable, and I really like it.

How difficult was it? I know there are some that are 2 part were you have to mix in a catalyst. I would prefer something simple. Also one of the big complaints about the Dupli-color was that it was thinner than the Herculiner. How thick does it go on?

It's great. I did alot of patch work on the floor of my zuk then applied the stuff. It covered it up and looks great. Definitly easier to clean to.
Not difficult at all. It is 2 parts that you ave to mix together, but I prefer that kind as it's thicker. Ive used the bondo stuff and it's more of an oil.

Some tips:

-Remove drain plugs before lining
-strip the interior out and clean and prep it as well as you can. cause once it's applied it's there for good.
-when you appli it apply with a brush or spray, then use the honeycomb brush to get it spread evenly. It applies it quicker
-Apply it on a cool day not a hot humid day, because it flashs quicker on hotter days.

I did it on my floor and about a quarter of the way up the walls and doors and it looks great and has taken the abuse of zook parts thrown into it (axles, etc)

This is the 2nd vehicle I have done and used 2 differant "types". The first one I used, hippo liner. I liked that one better cause it was 2 equal amounts of chemicals mixed together. Were as the bondo stuff was a gallon of oil type stuff, witch you add 26 droplets of hardner to it.

The chemically mixed one is in my mind way better because of the curing time and the tougher exterior. We also brushed it on and worked well, and you can always add another coat.

But yes the big thing is prep, prep, prep. Make sure you have taken care of every single rust spot, blocked a hole or removed every item that you don't want done and mask off what you don't want painted.

Also this is probably going to be a permenant thing so the prep is very important, and double check everything before you lay down the bedliner

trust me do it and if you don't like it you can always put the carpet on afterwards but it does help protect the floor

I've used the crappy tire stuff before, both rolled and sprayed. When I rolled it on, it came out thin and chipped/scratched almost instantly, looked like crap and wasn't worth in my opinion. Next time around, I broke out the undercoating gun, and it came out awesome. Much thicker, much nicer finish and could definitely take a beating. The downside was once it was mixed, you had to work pretty quick.

And X2 on masking off everything...I forgot to cover my side mirrors and had to go over them with a razor afterwards thanks to overspray.

Good luck!

FWIW I used the CTC Gator Guard stuff on my old Sam. Sanded the tub and brushed it on. Seemed to be fine. Fairly tough too.
