Hi Guys, I have a set of 36 inch super swampers that need balancing - anyone know who will do them?

Thanks

Beads are the way to go. You can't lose 'em (if you do, you have bigger problems than balance), and they self-adapt to situations where you get mud or snow packed in to the wheel.

No brainer.

I use the soft air pellets, got a big jar at CT. They self balance, so when you come off the trail with mud on the wheel or a few less tire lugs you'll have a better chance of still having balanced wheels. They can't be ripped off and you never have to go back to the tire shop. Golf balls and metal pellets also work but make a lot of noise when they fall back on the rim at slow speed.

I used BB's After a while, the copper coating wore off and left a bunch of residue in the tire.

Not sure if it worked. Trying to balance Bias Swampers (not sure if yours are Bias or Radial) is an exercise in futility ;)

My Bias 36" SX's where good up to 120 KM's/Hr on the highway once they warmed up.

Mine are good to 88Km/Hr. Wait, my truck is only good to 88Km/Hr, for all I know the Swampers will go faster. LMAO!

Allowe me to disagree: I also though that balancing bias tires is causa perdutta but the kids at work balanced them perfectly and even RFW them.
