The Navan stuck recovery mission.

Here are some pics of the recovery of 2 stuck toyotas, a pickup and an old 4runner. Both had gone in to recover a jeep commanche that got stuck last night. The trail started out as a 4 wheeler trail that was virtually untouched, by the end it was pretty thrashed. The heavy rain while they were out and over the night really trapped them - they started in at around 6:30 and left the bush at 1:30 at night on foot.

The trucks were running bone stock with 31's and 30 inchers. The 4runner...

Are these people you know or was it just by chance that you discovered them?

It's funny that the Commanche got out but the 2 that went to recover it got stuck. I betcha they'll think twice before their next recovery mission.:lmao:

Didnt know them and they barely new each other it seems. One fella posted up on the board that they needed help this morning so I said I would give them a hand.

Thanks a lot!!! Someone posted on RL that they needed help. A few of us went to help, but the rain made the trip back horibble. Im never going there again!!!

No problem at all, was a good few hours of wheeling and winching - nice to see what the truck can do.

^ i didnt think Michal(hackish) was still into it after he wrecked his subie... Although he did have a pretty cool awd 323 the last time i seen him!!!

Hackbone sold it to DannyITR who runs montreal racing. Now the board crashed every couple hours.

Was this recovery in Larose Forest by chance? Just wondering 'cause I thougth the area was well posted to keep trucks out?

no - in the title it says navan - in the city - not in larose.
