I got screwed but it wasn't a dealer, it was a relatively reputable small mechanic shop. At least with a dealer you can complain to the manufacturer.

Crap, i just got off the phone with my buddy in parts at Capital Dodge. I was gunna ask him how long to get one just for kicks and giggles. Im going to pick up a seal tomorrow so i will ask him then. I just wanna know how long it will take him to get one.

so STILL no PDC and they said the ETA is now september 8th...told them i wont hold my breath considering ive already passed the last 3 dates they gave me...not to mention the shitty shitty service in general...bringing me in on a sunday to put my drive shaft in...making me wait 2 hours then coming and telling me ill have to come back another day because they cant find the clips for it, or going in for an oil changed which you made an appt. at 9 its now 10 going and telling them never mind give me my key then the lady tries to tell us they already did it when the vehicle hadnt moved since i parked it lets just say once my PDC is put in im done with this place

I doubt they will be getting any of our service. You should have just done the oil yourself.. well not YOURSELF cause you shouldn't really be doing that but I could have done it for you and I'm sure your boyfriend could do it.

Agreed - email to a Corp entity is same as pissing in the wind. Real mail enters the Corp and has to be processed/registered as received internally. There's a record.

I dont think i am meant to drive my jeep it has honestly been in the shop longer than it has been on the road with me....JUST got it out of the shop today after waiting for the freaking PDC....i get about 1 km from my house and i smeel burning and i think its the shit box infront of me...well i pull in the driveway to see smoke pouring out of my rims and they are extremely hot...and no the P brake was not on
