IFS front axle removal

does anyone know how to get the friggin axles out of a IFS toyota truck? my truck is a 1995 NOT a tacoma.
fought with it most of the day.

I think if I remove the lower ball joint I can get it.
i tried to remove the lower control arm because I need to set the camber anyway and could not get the front bolt off.
I'll try again tomorrow.

I looked there and didn't find my flavour of IFS. those guys SAS these trucks.
thanks though. I'll go look again less rushed since its put off until tomorrow.

does anyone here have some big beefy 22mm stuff to help me get the lower control arm off?

that is exactly the problem I'm having. I got past all of that even the studs.
I am one of the guys that has to remove the lower ball joint it seems.

I'm serious.
I make my own beer from all grains. I have 8 kegs on the go right now. All are different types of beers for the most part.
from Bavarian Hefeweizen through blonde ales up to IPA's and bitters.
maybe thats how I'll get my SAS done ;)
i should have thought of this before I sold my 4runner.

got the ball joint off and dropped the control arm.
that did the trick. got the axle out.
now to rebuild it with new boots.

one side anyway....
after the ball joint was off it all came together.

not loving it, no. it has maybe 3 inches of travel...:(
looking for a lift kit.
but I'll have to SAS it later i think.
