supercab knuckle

Till Valhalla!
I plan on going hysteer with the new axles therefore i need flattop knuckles. My question is I have the 79 supercab f150 D44 that came with the 3/4 ton style steering arm (flattop knuckle) on the drivers side only. Can I use this knuckle and just get the passenger side flattop such as a Reid racing flattop knuckle? I have done alot of searching and there isn't alot of info on this particular knuckle. I have some chevy parts but i would prefer to stick with the ford spindle and hubs...

IIRC the issue with this knuckle is that there is not really enough material in the top of it for milling it flat and then adding the studs.

If we are talking about the same knuckle...

I could be wrong though.

On the passenger side you are right so i will have to replace it, but the drivers side is a flat top that the 3/4 ton style steering arm bolts on to, in the picture section of different knuckles there is a pic of the drivers side ford flat top but it says he doesn't recomend it but in misconceptions he doesn't really explain why.
At this point i am thinking of using it and just getting an aftermarket pas side

What about using a GM knuckle & spindle on the Ford ball joints with Ford Hub?
I know the outers are interchangable, not sure about the knuckle on the inner C.
If this works, would be a good way to get the flat top and still have the 5 x 5.5

Hmm.

I dunno in that case. Can you take a picture of it from the back side? I will compare against the set I have here.

I'm curious as well.
