Our regular monthly meetings are the last Thrus of the month, for the summer they will be at Andrew Haydon Park on Carling in the west parking lot. Come out to 2 meetings and 2 runs and then we vote you in as member. We have Spring Fever coming up on the long weekend in Calabogie, great way to come out and meet people, check the home page for info

Since I just looked up where Bewdley is I guess the meetings would be a bit of a drive........

Good ole Bewdley, have had a few drunkin adventures there. A friend of mine used to live there, still could, haven't talked to him in 15+ years. I'm originally from Warkworth myself.

welcome, my family are all from ompah, and I frequent the trails there often. there are some prime trails up in the ompah/plevna area
