Lingham/Flinton/Cloyne/Northbrook/..... Powerline Laborday Weekend

Thought I would start a official thread for a run the long weekend in Sept on the Lingham powerline. I am planning only a day run but I think Dwayne is planning to camp. What is a good day for everyone, I am pretty open. Hopefully some of the DMR guys see this and want to join.

For those who dont know this is a powerline and is a pick your poison type trail, something for everyone.

Friday, Saturday and I am not sure about Sunday yet, I will be playing it by ear depending on weather and how tired we are. If I stay until Monday I will be leaving fairly early to beat the traffic.

So we booked a site for friday and saturday. We may stay sunday night , but are planning on leaving sunday after wheeling.

Is there a day that is prefered for the anyone that is running only for one day? I am open and can run either Sat. or Sun.

I'm looking for a run on Saturday for the newly lifted JK. Did the Lavant with the group last time and did the "Hole" so am good to go.
where when and time - if there is a run.

You will be wheeling on a power line, just like the one we have in Calabogie. Their obstacles are better, that's all. LoL So it's walkable. But it's more like drive 10 minutes, play on big rocks, drive 10 more minutes, play on bigger rocks, drive 5 minutes, climb big rock face....and so on.

I would say Saturday would be the better day, just in case we have carnage and you show up on Sunday and nobody can run.
The problem is the phone service there is almost non-existent so there is really no way to confirm once we are there. Oh wait I will bring Connie's antenna so I will have service so if you are thinking of coming Sunday you can call me Saturday night to confirm we are still intact and running.
So who is definitely up for which day?

So Justin and I will be running all weekend, I see you are in Kingston so I guess you are on your own to get there. This is where we will be http://www.campgrounds.org/?pageid=133&campground=362 I imagine we will get going Saturday somewhere between 9-10. So we are not wheeling Friday so if you show up Saturday morning we should be good to go. Oh Sunday might be a little later start as they have the brunch there and Connie and I will definitely be going to it and it was pretty busy last time so it takes awhile to get through that so Sunday start will be variable with aiming between 9-10 but dependendent on how long to finish breakfast.
