So, 3 rigs for us. 4 or 5 with Ron. And 5 or 6 with North Hastings. Could be a busy day.

Since nobody else is going to give a summary I guess I will. Dwayne, Justin, Terry and myself joint up with some of the DMR guys and some north hastings guys. Lots of truck, everthing from 110in wide FToy on 49's to a sami on 31's. Day started out shitty for me, I broke the front driveshaft, again, on the third obstical of the day. Drove around in 2wheel for a while before jumping in with Dan (Badweld). Thanks Dan that was fun. Rocks were slick and got muddy really easy. Lots of trucks on thier lid trying the obstical in the pictures Terry posted, including a YJ on 49's falling off the top (that was a big bang).
On sunday I rode with Dwayne and it was just him and Justin. Both made it through stonehenge. On the last obstical of the day Dwayne was getting a little throttle happy and broke a cromo stub shaft.

A good weekend all around. I love wheeling this place, it is my favorite by far.

Oh and thanks Dwayne for letting me sleep in the Bus. Much better then a tent.

Yeah it was a good weekend, the difference wheeling there between when it is wet and dry is unbelievable, I need to keep remembering that if I am just spinning at extended WOT that I am probably going to break something and just stop. Oh and loading it on the trailer which sits much higher when hooked to the Bus I snapped the rear driveshaft u-joint. Luckily it only looks like it bent one of the u-bolts and left my yokes intact. Good thing my winch works.

Next time we go we should start at the far end and work our way back. I'd like to spend some time on the whoops (or whatever you call them). I'm working on my camper so I can camp in comfort. When are we going back? Just two trucks on Sunday?

I will be down for a few weeks, I need to address some stuff so I can really start wheeling. :smokin: So no Sunday for me. But I imagine I will bring Marek down there in later October and we can look at dry camping so long as that parking area is dry enough. I have a fair size generator. When is hunting season there?

I'll be back mid month. I've got my dad visiting from BC and i'll have to drive him to the airport on the 23rd so that weekend is no good for me. The 30th sounds good though - plus it'll give me plenty of time to get the jeep good to go as well as get the motorhome safetied and ready too.
