I would love to join you guys Saturday. Only problem is I dont have a spare tire. I have plugs and a small compressor. tires are new with only 300kms on them 37in Nitto Terra Grapplers.

It doesn't bother me if you don't have a spare as long as 1) you are willing to destroy a tire / rim getting off the trail or 2) are willing to leave it behind if a trail repair can't be made. I don't wheel with a spare, but I trailer and am ok with option #1.

Thanks for another fun run, we had a great time. The fuel was leaking from a dislodged vent line, but I'm gonna pull the tank and do a little servicing in that area tomorrow. New tank straps, filter, repair any damaged lines etc... Thanks for pulling me out of that hole Brad and staying cool when I almost rolled the Hoe!

I think it was at the top (I was at the back and didn't really see it) he decided to go down off the large rock outcropping and realized too late how steep it was and off camber where he was trying to go. I will try to get what video I had up (I still have to go through all the video from the Gorge).

That pretty much describes it - it was hard to take pics when Brad and I were holding on to shift some weight back. I'll post what pics and vids I have later but Big-Hoes passenger has some pics.

Thanks Brad, Leon and Chris for the ride.

Tried to upload a picture but it is not working out. I hope no one got too excited, I thought I had another foot or two to line up. The ledge was closer than I thought and things went a little south. I made sure I had no passengers, everyone was far to my left or right and nobody was below the obstacle. I entered the obstacle very cautiously and held firm when I realized I was a little too deep, that's why we off road in groups right? Parts break and mistakes happen. Situations can go from safe to dangerous in an instant. There is a difference between pushing the limits and being reckless. I feel guilty that I may have made some people nervous but on the other hand, honestly, there are few things I have enjoyed in my life as much as that moment. It did change my vehicle choice though, I am starting to strip down a 97' s10 4.3 5sp 4x4 for a trail only ride and the big hoe will be my tow vehicle. Can't wait for "spring fever"!

Change my name? not sure, I've always been a bit of a Hoe! LOL! Ximena only took two pictures, it was her first time off roading and wasn't sure if it was picture worthy. Hehehe

Now that I'm on a computer proper, I've got the very few (3) pics/vids I took up. The only really issue of the day came just after lunch, Brad rolled a bead on the buggy (still not sure how):

And the two vids I have of the new guys.
