can i fire it onto a 2003 jeep TJ without knowing too much ? like, how hard would it be to get the brakes working lol

All new brackets, probably new gears to match existing front, will have different bolt pattern, will need to adapt your driveshaft or yoke on axle to mate up. You'll need to rig something up to link up ford e-brake to jeep e-brake handle. If you can't get by that, this ain't a drop-in.

A screamin' deal though for those with the skills.
