Lifted vehicle insurance question

I went through EGM Insurance who got me insured with Dominion. All I needed was a list of mods, pictures on outside and engine compartment along with a vehicle inspection which I had done at a Canadian Tire. Fully insured for street driving :)

i get the idea of plating it offroad only. that it gets registered as a dune buggy and cant be on road driven. but when i go to the ministry office and try to do that they tell me its no possible. and ive gone to acouple different offices...
so if i cant get that to work i have to get this YJ street legal again and find a company that will take me as a lifted street truck.

Impact: thanks im gunna check out EGM

Come to Renfrew, they did it there for me no problem. All I did was tell them that I wanted to plate my Jeep offroad only. They asked for a written letter stateing all the modifications that I had done to make it offroad only (I did this right in front of them at the desk). Paid my 35 bucks and they handed me a ATV plate and a new ownership showing offroad only. Easy as Pie.
