The buggy? Yeah... There's one on JK that had ori's FS. If only that had gone up about 6 weeks ago. I would have saved ALLOT of money..

Ah well.

Brian/FullLoad's buggy build? I know he had a set of ORI's that someone stole. Wish I had had the $$$ back then. Love the packaging of the ORIs.

thought I'd share the 95% finished rear end. I threw the tires/wheels back on just to check it out and I still need to tidy up the wiring and plumbing. I also need to figure how i'll be mounting the action packers behind the fuel cell and redo the exhaust (swag offroad sells some good solutions)...

NICE!
The Artec stuff is really well made. I was tempted to take mine all out of the box but I was afraid too since it is like a jigsaw puzzle.

The only real hard rule I aimed for was to position the ram so that the tie rods are parallel with the ram shaft when the steering is at full lock, parallel with the shaft on the side that is turned away from the center axis of the vehicle as that is the weakest position of the tie rod/shaft in it's cycle. I began to get it melted in after mock up...

Next it was time to install the ram, then get the heims installed in the tie rods that I had measured and cut to fit during mock up...

And as the wife was calling me in for supper I threw some paint on the new tie rods and bolted everything up, now just need to put it under the buggy, install the orbital and shaft and plumb everything up - but that'll be another day...
