G'day folks, hope all had a merry Xmas. As per the title description I'm currently searching for a good, crack free cylinder head for a Toyota 2.7l
Thanks!

Hi DJ! I tried the U.S. Route and almost pulled the trigger. Brand new I could get one complete for $525, used for $250, shipping ends up being approx $270 to my door (all U.S.$) plus whatever duties get applied.
The exchange rate is killer right now.
I ended up going with a remanufactured one from Hosie&Brown. $917 taxes in.

Lol! Oh yeah! It hurt but
it was the best deal going. For example.Take the $250 used head, tack on the $270 for shipping and then exchange rate and taxes brings you to $825 canadian and then add machining, guides, seals, you're closing in on $1200.
Trust me, at first my gut told me putting $900 into a head for this old 2.7 was absurd, but now that I have I'm thinking she's good for another 400,000kms! (;
I even treated her to new timing chains and gears.
