WT motha F man, get off the pot or re-read the thread.

bottom line is this, there will be holes that IF you get in them far enough will make the front of your wagon disappear. there might be go arounds there might NOT. this road changes constantly. i've seen guys try to go around shiat in there that only ends up worse.

no mud tires should really mean NO scotch line unless somebody is very experienced. i've seen guys go in there with BFG all terrains and lifts do ok due to good clearance, in my opinion any other all terrains on the market that I am familiar with are just crap car tires that make false claims.

I did it in a 4runner on 31's but with a HUGE amount of throttle and bashing. The 31's where also BRAND NEW Pro-Com X-Terrains. (a mud tire). I had water over my head lights on many occasions.

I saw you wheel on Lavant, do not go to this trail.

Hopefully end of discussion :flipoff::flipoff:

lol I love the honesty. Thanks Adrian. I'll probably skip it then. Anything more then just LIGHT wheeling will be waiting until I'm lifted with 31s and have my armor installed lol

I might be able to make this run, just got the front arb locker fixed so I am locked front and rear again. I have my modified warn 8274 and don't mind pulling people - just not stock trucks with street tires please. My truck is 5400 pounds so I need something bigger than a sammy to anchor to - if I get stuck:)

I checked out the gallery pics above - quite the flex on that ford, never seen body flex like that. Most people spend big bucks modifying suspensions - seems we should just make the frame more flexible!

This is not a trail, this is a MESS.
This is not my busines but if I was organizing/leading this run I would set up a minimum requirements of a 33 MTs and a locker. Othervise you are at high risk spending your day pulling mall crawles and DPs out of the jam, as we did couple of years ago. And this is not fun. At all.

just my $0.02

I agree with mitko. Hence why I'm not going lol. I felt bad enough about holding people back at Lavant. I'm taking the advice of the more experienced on this one.

Cas, as I said I am not seting up any requirements as I am not runing this trail, this is up to you. Your winch is useless if there is nothing to hook to, and I dont beleive that you or any of the club members have a PullPal.

C'mon, never heard about google? And it is not made for minivans :lmao:.

My only worry about one of those in the mud is that it would bury itself and then you are really up the creek.

I'd only do Scotch Line with my ATV...that way I'd be sure to be home for dinner! :stir:

on a jeep, yes, 33's and a locker would be ideal, on a zuk 31's work just fine in this mess, bigger heavier trucks..., bigger tires would help. i made my way through this mess 2x last year and only got stuck when trying to, i did of course avoid the one or two spots that i knew would swallow my zuk. one nice thing about his run is the trail is divided into 2 sections by a main road. once 1/2 way through people can decide to continue or to bail. or even drive around via pavement to the quarry to clean up if desired. yes this trail is a rough mess but it is also fun! jkmurf, i think you are running a rubi? if so bring it with stock tires, they come with 32inch muds i thought?
