No problem, happy to help. I have done a few for the OVO allready now and can come to you, and I know about Jeeps and trucks more than the average used car salesman as I used to be very, very into off-road in my one ton TJ.

Go to a different licence office. Some are tools and ask for an appraisal. The one in Orleans never gave me a hard time for any car that they didn't have a book value for. They simply too whatever price that was on the sales receipt.

It's not that they are tools, it's the requirement for any car over 20 years now as far as I know.

i see u solved the problem,,but just to let any1 no,,the TWITS at mto will tell u that u need a appraisal and in fact u dont,,u either pay taxes on what u paid or on the appraisal,,they cant make u get 1,,i have went threw this before and aurgued with them,,finally had to print the info off the mto website and take it to them,,,its the same as they will tell u that u are only aloud 2 trip permits but they have to give u as many as u need to get the car back and forth to garage till it gets safteied...
