We will be running Carp trail this Saturday. We will be running it both ways and stock rigs are welcome. Please note that although Carp is stock capable, many owners of stock rigs have commented that they feel 31's are required for exiting the trail. This is a tight trail with close branches, pin striping the sides of your rig is a possibility.

Two meeting spots. Zellers in Bells Corner...

Is it only the u-joint it's missing? A regular u-joint or part of the CV? A trip to Malmbergs would quickly get this fixed.

no the entire drive shaft was taken out
chrysler is having issues in getting parts so they made a temporary fix for my PDC and then gave me my jeep back and said they would call me when the drive shaft was in

not clear on this...do you have a shaft missing a u-joint or no shaft at all?

That's it? Just one person for Carp? Usually the stock'ish trucks come out by the droves for this trail!

I would come, but I can't get the tow hooks installed, cuz I got bumpers in the way...
So until I get the body lift and get access to the frame, I'm MIA.

I went out the last two weekends. Also I am kind of on call this weekend. Last thing I need is a call to go to work while on the trail

Thanks for coming out guys, quick and dirty! Off the trail by 1:30, including time to pull spark plugs, drain an airbox, and look for a cell phone

The house development at the end of the trail is getting way close to the mud pit, but it is still passable. It is not blocked off yet (if they even own that part of the property).

Excellent pictures Brad!!!! I had a blast, and my friend had the time of his life (first itme out) I had a hard time getting home, stalled many times and won't idle. I had to punch a few holes in my muffler to gain a few idle rpm's. The amount of sand that poured out of the holes was incredible. Seems when she stalled in the water hole the back pressure filled the exhaust completely. I have a full system from cat back to put on, just have to get the old one off. I've PB Blastered the bolts hopefully tomorrow the bolts will cooperate, if not it's off to the muffler shop on Monday morning. Was hoping to see Lavant tomorrow morning but not a chance like this.

Looks like a decent day of fun guys. Nice Pics Brad.

As for your exhaust filling with silts and sand. The same thing happend to me last year. We weren't even able to get it started. Try sticking a hose up the exhaust and see if you are able to get it all out.

You know I thought of that right after I poked it full of holes, a little late I think! but at least now it can all drain out the bottom from the holes i poked in it.

Looks like a good time. When we did carp last time it was different than last year. Spots that used to be deep in water weren't and vice versa.
In true fashion, Brad gets the good pictures.
