End of a mall crawler

I was over at Mud Rookie's(Danny) place helping him with his t-case and diff fluid changes on his PJ:lmao: when I finally convinced him to go on a light wheeling run if he isn't busy on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd.

We agreed it would be best for both of us to go on an extremely stock friendly trail being that it would be his first wheeling trip ever and my XJ is pretty much stock.

His PJ is lifted with 31s and has front and rear tow hooks but I am not willing to take him to a trail...

I don't think either of us would be too interested in driving an hour to go wheeling though so it has to be fairly close.

Ummmm, you may have to stick to the malls then. Well, I guess you can go to Burntlands, that fits within your requirements. There may be somewhere East of the city other then Limoges, since that area is closed now, but I never hear of anyone going out that way. It always seems to be to the West.

Or that coady trail road or whatever it is, you can gauge what you wanted to do in there. It sounds like you just want to drive down a dirt road with a few muddy spots - that should do it for you.

I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with Black and Decker trails in brockvile but im looking for that difficulty. I went through it with ease with my XJ so i doubt we will have problems with his YJ.

I could take him there but thats a day trip kind of thing because its an hour away. Which may not be bad i guess.

most of the trails are about 45min away even burnt lands depending on where your coming from but burnt lands and rock cody would be your best bet i could do them in the patriot

how bout the 9 mile trail in metcalfe? the end of dozois rd. in manotick? they're only a small hop skip through the mud but can be pretty fun in a stock 4x4.
