Help for Sat to pull motor

Looking to see if anyone is available to help pull a 4.3 from a Blazer this Saturday. It will be at my place in Kanata.
Also if there is anyone with a winch that can meet me at the Metro Towing yard to help load it would be greatly appriciated.

Let me know and I'll send some directions.

OK, sorry but I can't make it that far with the time available Saturday.

Nope, Rothburn Rd off Carp Rd

Where's that? I can't find a Rothburn (or Rathburn) Rd on Google Maps, and I can't find a Metro towing in the west end. If it's close enough I can drive my Jeep over and help with loading. Sorry, too busy to help with the pulling, though let me know if you need any tools.

Oh, did you mean Rothbourne near Stittsville? I can make it to there.

Stupid Google maps suggested Rathburn but not Rothbourne.

Ya that's the one. In the end, looking at the wheeling schedule for the remainder of the year, I have decided to postpone the motor swap to the winter and will most likely pick one up from Harry's this fall.

Thanks for the offers to help, I may need it come winter to help put one in.

P.S. The fawking septic inspector wants an extra 8' mantle and is making me drive the tank into solid rock!!!! Fawker!!!
:banghead:

What's the mantle? Did you check out the "Eco-Flow" systems? That's what we had on McArton. The bed is actually a bottomless tank filled with peatmoss. Takes up very little room. Not sure if it will help you or not.....

And yes the garage will be heated. :D
