Jeep YJ Body Mount Sleeves

This is a long shot but would anyone have the sleeves out of the stock body mounts for a YJ? Apparently a 'Complete' Body Lift kit includes everything except the sleeves. I have 2 of the front 6 and 2 of the rear 4 I need. The photos show just what I am looking for. Thanks.

How long are they grounded for?
