So it was a fun day.
There was myself and Ty,
dirk, chunkytrunks, 2greys, IncredibleHulk and CdnSeries2a, and mucovich with newcomer vers0016.
Pretty good day, lots of video
and......... one flop.

Working on the video now.

Oh and thanks to our leads of the day, Matt Dirk and Ty :)

So it was a somewhat of a good day. The rain stayed away. for most of the day. I say somewhat since vers0016 (Ranger 3" body lift) flopped on the driver side. This was at the second obstacle.
Some body damage but he shrugged it off like a trooper. Front turn signal, mirror and rear turn signal damaged. Dent on front fender and a bit of folding on the front of the door midway down and a dent at the back of the bed. He was pretty lucky with what he ended up with.
Pictures forthcoming.
Can't wait for the video!!

Wow, wish I could have been there, the wife had other plans for me though. Glad to hear the damage was limited to the truck and the vers0016 is okay.

I used to hate Pet...two tours out of there in the last 4 years. But I took up fishing and 4 wheeling, and it's a great area for both!
The horrible paint job was not an attempt at camo!
I was just covering up some of the bare aluminum, I have the pattern for the proper British army paint job so eventually it will look less ugly.

I heard someone say in a vid does it have power steering, it does not.
It doesn't even have the optional brake booster which would make the brakes so much better.

ahh, pets alright - lots of trails in the area. your rig is in great shape! it'll look really good with a classic british military paint job. The great thing about your rig is you can go roofless if you want.
