Seems like there's enough interest, so off to Lavant we go... Lavant is a stock capable trail. There are two sections of this trail stock vehicles have trouble with ... minor scraping may result on control arm brackets and / or diffs. There is a mud hole at the beginning and several ledges which can be made more difficult for those on larger tires if they want a challenge.

Front tow points mandatory.

I will be leaving Zellers in B.C. at 9:00 and meeting in Hopetown for 10:00. Anyone...

Bill, we'll roll through burnstown about 9:25. Going up 508 to 511 to hopetown.

Hey, I just did a "time-to-drive" on that map and to S. Lavant Rd. it says 62km but 57 mins and I believe that, I know it is over 20 mins from Renfrew to Calabogie w/o trailer. I really think we should roll from Renfrew by 9 so meet there at 8:45. LOL look at me getting up earlier.....how weird is that.
Brad is ok if we meet you at S. Lavant road? So that we don't have to go down to Hopetown and turn around?
I know the "parking area" accommodated both Brad and Steve W. last year fine and I think there was more room but I think we have at least 4 trucks and trailers (Dirk, Mark, Brad and myself). Is there anybody else so that the first ones in know how far to get out of the way?

Sounds like a race is gonna happen...

I'll join in from Burnstown if I can make it. Just found out there's a wake I need to attend for a friends mom.

Thanks for leading this trail up Brad. Had a great day. No breakage or major issues. I think Mike and Dirk got some pics and video.

Sorry I couldn't make it out for this one and to those who missed out as well, watch for another run to Lavant I'll be heading up in July...not sure the date yet...anyone got that info?? (I only have the 18th and 19th free that month)
