I will be leaving Gatineau @ 4:30, then driving to Barrhaven to pick up my trail bitch, then down Hwy 7 we go.
As for meeting the other group, we can make it the Shell in Kaladar, or Timmy's in Madoc. Whatever works for the group.

We should meet in Renfrew and head down 132. Whats best for Dwayne... largest rig? Timmys at No Frills?

I drove up 41/132 from Kaladar to Renfrew on Sunday. I was exactly 1.5 hours with the cruise set at 100Km/Hr. I'll probably be 2 hours plus from Barhaven with traffic so am looking at arriving in Madoc around 7pm.

EDIT: The Timmy's in Madoc is big enough for us to pull U turns in, except for Dwayne, might be a little tight for him. LoL

Ok, the motor is not back in yet as I had to make solid motor mounts before I destroy something else, should be in tomorrow. So maybe I won't be leaving that early on Friday and convoying with you will work out Scott.
Yeah Marek I was thinking that too, how far is that for you from Pembroke to the 132/41 split? All of you can roll along pretty good but I take awhile to get through the hills after Dacre and get pretty beat up at Griffith too, I will NOT be stopping at the 132/41 split though as to go up that hill from a dead stop would not be something I would enjoy, I would probably roll up to the top and pull over.

Looks like I will be leaving here at 8 Fri morning which will get me home about 2. I have to pack and take the dog to my parents. The eairliest I can be ready will likely be about 4. I don't mind taking my time Dwayne. I don't want to push it to hard on those hills.

I think it's about 45 min 1 hour max for me to get to the split, and yeah, even i wouldn't want to take that hill from a dead stop

Maybe if i leave about a half hour before all of you then i'll stop and wait at one of the gas stations at the side of the road, wait for you guys to role by then follow up in the rear.

how about meeting in Dacre at the store?
Marek, when you get to the split 132/41, turn left, 1 km you're at the store.
That way we can all roll the hill.

sounds good, i've never been up the 132 so i didn't know that was there. So you guys are leaving around 4 or so?

It takes us about 25 mins from Renfrew to Dacre towing. Mapquest says 1 hr 8 mins from Petawawa. I will probably still stop at the top of the big hill or plug along at 80-90kph and let you guys catch me, it is a steady incline out of Dacre and even on the long flat stretch after Dacre I have a hard time getting up to speed and I really want to hit the bottom of that hill as fast as I can.
Terry how far am I driving the Cherokee on the highway from the Timmies in Madoc to the trail?
