Looking for beat up warn winch for cheap

Decided I need a project for the upcoming winter months and if anyone has a old warn winch that they are willing to let go of for cheap let me know. Would like to take a shot at rebuilding one.

I had been entertaining the idea of getting a winch and when that came up it made me decide to post this. However Matt needs it a lot more than I do :)

I doubt anything will come soon but who knows the next time....
