But where? I believe the place Andrew wants to go to is another 15 mins drive for me us Valley Guys, that puts Marek at least 2 hours away. Has anybody talked to Local Heroes in BC?

Big rig is only 5 minutes away, and if you're coming from the west, it should be an extra 60 seconds. It's right off the highway. Super high quality food and beer, and also pricey.

Summerhays is near the college and has its own problems..lots of cops around there. I lived in Deerfield for 3 years, I speak from experience.


I have some things to bring up at the meeting.
-OVO owned 3d printer.
-4wdrive discount
-Quinn trail bridge.


I hope everyone can attend.

Bigrig is good but yeah they are pricey
Also I am not sure how welcoming they will be to us. I think Summerhays would be more.it might be something to pass by them

Summerhays are quite pricey as well. Jean Guy if you have time can you drop by Sonnys and see if they would have a corner we could set up in?

They seem to be a bit more than Cock and Bull but if it tastes better it may be worth the price difference

and why do we need a 3D printer? You can't print large parts or a strong parts. For dash plaques?

A 3D printer is a great tool, I use them everyday, but to make anything strong enough or of a decent finish quality you need to spend $$$$. ShapeWays is a great option like Richard said. If you have the CAD know how and the internet, ShapeWays is by far the best option. They use lazer sintering printers, which make very tough products. The price is right and the wait time is basically nonexistent. You can even set your file up on their site and people can order and pay for it with a click. The only downside is the data you'd have to burn to up load, but they accept .STL files which are condensed and usually small.
Did I mention they give discounts for bulk orders. hahaha. Maybe an OVO store at ShapeWays?

On that note I have lots of experience in doing 3D work in CAD for 3D printing, I'd gladly lend a hand to any crazy ideas that people want to print. Before you ask no we can not print stuff at my work...
