If you want new at a reasonable price do a search at comancheclub.com. There is a vendor there that sells stock MJ leaves (both regular and metric tonne) for a reasonable amount. I forget how much they are but spidey-sense say something shy of $200 (for retail is a decent price)
If all you need is one leaf then Malmbergs is probably the easiest. They will need measurements for your old leaf. You will need to give them the thickness of the spring, the width, overall length and how far the hole for the center bolt is from either end (they arn't always in the center).
I have ordered many a spring from them over the years.
How do they need to be measured? Installed? Along the outside main leaf? I can measure mine but I don't want to be blamed for incorrect measurements. You are welcome to swing by to take measurements if you want.
Search CC. There must be a thread on there with measurements somewhere.
When you find one to go take measurements here is a handy form to fill out and give to Malmburg. Its a little more official than just drawing a spring by hand and writing some numbers on it..
If you are heading this way and you get them out of the truck then I will take them. I could meet you in anywhere in Renfrew.
Pm me if you are coming and I will give you my number.
