Thought I'd post a few pics and videos of my latest creation. It's pretty much the same as my old mini buggy, but this one adds front brakes, a high/low/reverse trans, and independent suspension in the rear. Every parts was modeled in Sketchup before I made any cuts.

I haven't had a chance to run it flat out yet, but my guess is somewhere between 80 - 90 kph.

Contact Ottawa Powder Coating on Iber. They did my complete motorcycle tins and sidecar, and I was very happy with it. Good price too

I got a quote from Ottawa Powder Coating, but the quote from RLD Industries is much better. Anyone deal with them?
