Probably be fine I think the bolts is more of an issue, they are designed to deform around their torque spec so it is taking a risk (how much dunno). They may work every time...until they don't, but definitely don't go with green loctite

I have had reused bolts break often enough, doesn't mean I don't use them again if in a pinch, but new is better for sure. I used an impact on ring gear bolts once, now I make sure I do them by hand.
