hey guys, new to the site... new to wheelin!
after spending a weekend in calabogie at spring fever 2012 i got the off road itch....being a car guy it didn't take long to come up with a plan and winter project to wheel next summer!
-sold a project and picked up an old samurai a couple weeks ago
-recycled some scrap and bought a rear spool & 3" sprung under lift springs
-selling snow tires to buy old swampers
-sold some vw parts to buy a new frame

it's a budget build, something to run next...

lol build porn, yes on those nights to cold to be in the garage i will post pics!
i can't seem to post pics yet, i assume after i hit 10 posts or something...

i have the garage almost clear to start the build!
the samurai is in, next week ill bring the "new" frame in from the side yard... first job will be to move the front spring perches inline with the frame rails...
should i start a build thread when i get to that point or just post pics in here?
