I have notified the North Hastings exec we will do the BBQ again, and we'll have trucks their to compete?

Who wants to head this one up? I'll offer up freezer space in my parents freezer again, as well, I'll probably volunteer to do the shopping down there this time, and store at my parents. That way we do not need to transport tons of frozen food 3 hours this time.
