Please state your intention whether you can help BBQ, or want to compete, or both. Myself, if I can get my junk there, I'd like to do both.

This weekend I will be taking burgers & dogs down to my parents freezer, one less thing to haul down the day of.

Needed:
2 BBQ's with tanks
Someone to pick up pop/water and haul down
Coolers to hold said pop
Sun shelters (paging Mr. Winsor!)

This is very high level at this point, there's probably a million and one details I am missing.
Yes, it's in a...

I'm in. No competing for me unless somone needs a spotter.
I can haul some stuff down, lots of room in the 5th wheel.

Do they have enough track Marshals to keep the event moving? If we have enough for the BBQ and they are short, I'll gladly help with that as I've done it a few years in the past.

I was just talking to Mark and it sounds like they have it covered, but you know what things are like the day of. He knows we're there to help if it is required.

Dirk, yes bringing the family is ok and there is plenty of room for the trailer.

Coolers? Anyone got coolers? I'll have 2 (have to keep the 3rd for my beer!), need at least 2 more I think.

And my junk has found a ride there, so I'll be competing/helping. I may sub in a driver just to give Tim some seat time in a rig this year. LMAO!

John, if we need another table I'll be in touch. You going to work at all next week, could you drop one at the house?

Apparently the ORCC Rock Crawl on the following weekend has been cancelled. So all of the 'big dawgs' that were holding out from breaking their junk in Warkworth (and thus not attending) are now going to be showing up! That's what the internet rumour is at least. And Mark has fielded a few calls from the comp. guys to see if the event was still on. Could be a busy weekend. Due to this development I am planning on buying a few more burgers, dogs and sausages as well as drinks to match.

A suggestion for this year (and favor for me), keep prices to the closest quarter so we don't end up with so many f%^&$ dimes and nickels!

Also, the club really doesn't need the profits, so maybe we should donate them to a charity this year?

IIRC all prices were to the .25 last year. Those small things are from buyers. The bastards!

Yes, all prices will be to the .25, I don't like dealing with change any more then the next guy.

I'll see what we can do. I guess that'll require me knowing the final tally of expenses the day of and doing some quick math on site. Unless you mean to donate it to a charity of our choice, instead of North Hastings charity. If that's the case we can discuss it at the next meeting.

I'm thinking a charity of our choice. Let's decide at the meeting and you can advertise it at the event.

As of now I will be there. I'll bring the camper and the Sami so I have some room on the trailer for a few thing if need be. Oh and I'll help out too:glasses:
