I've got a couple extra coolers and possibly a folding table from my parents.
Do we have enough BBQs and propane?
What are we doing for ice?

I can lend 2 coolers. Unable to attend as something has come up that weekend.
Also, I can make ice, probably enough to fill one standard cooler, if someone wants to come by and pick it up Thursday or Friday.
Let me know.

Ice: Hopefully provided @ 1.50/bag from the Warkworth Legion. Have to confirm that with the ole man.
BBQ's: Adrian & Mike have Q's, I'll bring my tank, and I'm assuming Mike & Adrian will have full tanks on board.
Table: more the merrier

Dwayne, Roger (the property owner), thinks you'd have no problems making the right hand turn in to the property, BUT, if you do, he says you can go down the road a bit and turn around in the Cul-De-Sac and come back and make the left (it's a little easier). And, failing that, if the bus can't get in either way, you can park it in his driveway for the weekend.
Let me know what ya think...

There are 2 pins on the map you posted. Is the event location the red or yellow one?

Ahh, as I zoom out I see there is also a marker in the town of Campbellford. The event is at the pin just outside of the town of Warkworth...

Let me know if you want written directions.

From Kaladar follow Hwy 7 west.
At approx 8Km's past the town of Marmora, turn left on to Peterborough County Road 50, also known as Prenavue Rd.
Follow 50 in to the lights in the town of Campbellford and go straight through, you are now on Northumberland County Road 30.
Follow 30 approx 12Km's to the flashing amber light and turn right on to County Road 29.
Follow County Road 29 through the town of Warkworth, up the hill past the cemetary and turn right on to Concession 2.
Follow Concession 2 over 3 hills, as you come down the far side of the third hill, you have arrived. There is a cedar colour house on the right, then the barn just past that, turn right at the barn in to the field and follow it all the way back to the event.

Dwayne, if you come and can't make the turn, follow Concession 2 down to the next road on the right, it is a Cul-de-Sac with enough room for the bus to turn around...

The left turn off Hwy 7 is in Havelock, just before the Timmies.
Don't we have to turn right at the lights before the river?

thanks.

when are we convoying down?

When do you want to leave and where would you like to meet?
I'm leaving sometime Friday afternoon, planning on being down there decent time for dinner.

If you want to take the long way, follow Wilson's directions. If you want to shave 20 minutes off your time, turn LEFT at Prenevue Road (BEFORE Havelock) and go straight at the lights in C'ford.

Just looked this up on Google maps. According to them, your way is 8 km and 1 min shorter than mine. But as we all know, they are off just a tad from time to time, and you never make it down there to know for sure either :flipoff:

And time lost in Havelock, it's a cluster fuck going through there. I could really shorten the trip and take you in through Madoc, but that was too many directions to try and type!
