I have from previous years (approximations):
20 styrofoam cups
20 dinner chinette plates
40 desert chinette plates
30 styrofoam bowls
75 paper napkins
plenty of cutlery

So I think we'll only need more dinner plates, napkins, and maybe drink cups?

Any time between 5 & 6 works. People begin showing up around 5ish, dinner around 6-6:30ish depending on when people arrive.
