Now that is some usefull info! I did not consider the power steering. I will check the gaskets on the reservoir. I'm not sure what i want to do with the coolant overflow... The overflow points straight down so it should form an air lock when submerged. And in the event of an overflow it designed to *gas* just dump on the ground. :( I wonder if maybe installing a one way valve on the overflow resorvoir fill and delete the overflow dump tube? I would just have to keep a close eye on the levels. I never seen one actually overflow however.

the transmission and t-case are open on the top?

How did you deal with the fuel system? In thinking about this more last night, you can't draw from a vacuum (which a totally sealed gas tank would create). Vent line on the charcoal canister? Or is there another vent point I'm not thinking about?

Vent through the charcoal canister. Vent pipe was extended into snorkel.

i agree there u have to watch that u dont leak anything into the water,,the tree huggers get mad about that yet there the 1s shitting and pissing in the rivers and leaving garbage everywhere,,lol,,,,,i do agree with all the guys on here about leaking into the water,,,

I never did anything for gas, but then I'm not sure I ever stopped in deep enough water to cover the gas cap either. I also never did anything about the ones I mentioned, I just learned the hard way that they're vulnerable ;)
