so the two samurais made it to my yard and the fun has begun.
managed to get the inside stripped on the swb. lots of holes to fix. but the frame and supension seem solid.

Yup, transfer the spring over to the long body and put the swb body on the long body frame and extend the back (like Andy did once)

For now, it is less work to get the SWB going for the season. Then I have all year to strip the LWB down and put a tubed cage/body on it. Get the second engine running and all. Then when winter hits, swap the drive train into the LWB.
