Sidewall cracking(Swampers)!

So, under normal circumstances(radials), sidewall cracking is obviously unsafe for road use, or any use really. But are bias ply tires any different? They're obviously much stronger, but I really know nothing about them otherwise...
I'll let the pic speak for itself. Any comments/opinions on whether these are still safe/usable would be greatly appreciated.

i would not be to worry about these cracks the swampers are so thick they seem to be more on surface. we run tires on some farm machinery which are looking much worst then these. old tire are like poeple they get wrinckles but they still good, u just have to take more care.

How the heck did you end up with Q78s?

Marc if you want to sell those I sure could use them. If you don't feel comfortable driving them for road use, I need a set of off-road only tires.
