Spray on Rocker Guard, yes or no?

Hey, I was just wondering if anybody has used spray on rocker guard from princess auto or CT and what you think about it or if theres any better alternatives? Ive never used it but i am looking to put as much protection on the Rocker panels as i can before they get abused.

If you want to keep rock chips off, yes. If you are trying to prevent dents, no. Rubberized coating will not protect metal from rocks.

I think I'm going to try it on then get myself a set of rock sliders in the near future and that should cover most of the expected damage. I'm just trying to save myself the issue of redoing the rocker panels as i had to do on my old jeep. Thanks for the advice

The rockerguard is also great for covering up crappy body work before paint, but as Dwayne said, doesn't do anything more than protect against rock chips. Rock sliders are the way to go.
