Are you comming from Ottawa?
If so....417 West, about 10km past Arnprior, turn left on 508, take 508 to the end, (through Burnstown and Calabogie). 508 end at the dam, take the bridge across the river at the bottom of the dam and follow the road up the hill. Once at the top we are camped to the right.

Shane say's follow the road to the right once you pass the ski hill(still same road), when you hit the the dam, turn left and go over the bridge, go up and around the hill, you will come to a fork, turn right(dirt road)

Man am I sick. I thought I was feeling better Friday. Even went to work. Came home and rush rush rush to get the Jeep packed and food prepped (Sandwiches made dinner chopped and wrapped in tin foil) and off we went. Arrived around 5 and set up camp Ty built a fire and cooked dinner. Headed off for the evening run and at the trail head it looked a bit too much for me, and on top of that my stomach was really bothering me. Didn't want to be bouncing around with an up set stomach.
Headed back to camp and very shortly after made the decision to head home. If I'm going to get better it's got to be in my own bed. A wet tent on an air mattress would not do the trick. So I packed up pretty quick and home we went. And or course over night my cold symptoms went from getting better to way worse that before.
I don't know if it was the bug bites or if this is how it's progressing but I am so glad I went home.

Sorry again to Tim that I wasn't able to help with registration like promised, and sorry to NitroTy that he had to miss out on the weekend because of me :(

Sorry you were not feeling well. Stacy had to go home sick too. The Night run was exciting. The big blue TJ on 37's flopped on the passenger side and the Diesel FZJ80 cruiser got stuck in the mud. Wabbin is definaty not a stock friendly trail. On a positive note I got to break in the new winch.

That just makes me more and more happy I turned back at the beginning :)
Had I been feeling better I probably would have had a blast. Unfortunately still fighting whatever this is :(

Big thanks to Tim. Had a great time. My only carnage was a tear in my beat up old soft top when it rubbed a tree on Pinion Pass.
