He can cut any shape you want as long as it fits on a 2' x 2' sheet. Cardborad template or DXF file

I can make them for coils or leafs, $25 for a pair of leaf mounts, and $80 for a pair of coil mounts. Just need tube size and spring size.

Mike, I need some more tabs for seat mounting and harness mounting. I decided to switch to 1 1/2" tube for the interior.

All tabs 3/16" thickness
All tabs 1 1/2" radius (except for the flat tabs, of course)

Flat tabs x 8 for harnesses:
1 1/2" wide
1 3/4" from bottom to center of hole
1/2" hole

Chassis tab x 16 for harnesses
1 3/4" from center of the outside radius to center of hole
1/2" hole

Chassis tab x 8
1 3/4" from center of the outside radius to center of hole
3/8" hole

Chassis tab x 4
2 3/4" from center of the outside radius to center of hole
3/8" hole

Chassis tab x 4
3 3/4" from center of the outside radius to center of hole
3/8" hole

Chassis tab x 4
4 3/4" from center of the outside radius to center of hole
3/8" hole


I think some of the other tabs you cut for me were too small (my previous wording, I'm sure), so here's a pick to clarify measurements, just to make sure:

3x3 gussets x4

Tube flanges for 1 1/2" tubing x 8
