Definitely not the easiest to do with a single pass but no clean up and looks a lot nicer than a bunch of tacks, under the front door it's not as pretty but took some learning and figured it out by the time I got to the second half, now the other side should be no problem at all

Wheel well before and after still need to finish around the rest of the rear quarter

On to the other side for now, quick cut seemed quicker than 5" grinder

Second side ready to be welded in

Really like how you integrated the wheel well to close it up.
