look on kijiji there is a guy in aylmer, installed and ballanced my 4 35" MTR's for 60$ Here is his e mail, 50$ a set for regular tires rpmextra@hotmail.com

Where about are you? I have a buddy in Carleton Place that cheap.

So far the cheapest i could find was $10 a tire but did not check CT i in the baseline and fisher area.
