NO AFFILLIATION WITH SELLER!

I saw these when I was at Arnprior Truck Centre http://arnpriortrucks.com/index.htm and thought somebody might be interested.
They want alot of money for the Jeep $4000, it was the owner's brother who was restoring it and then passed away. There are a ton of new parts on it, looks like all the suspension put back to stock with new parts.

The trailer looks like a good deal $1200

That's a CJ8, not a FSJ PU. Would be worth picking up but I agree that $4k is too much from what I can see in the photo.

I didn't say it was a F(ull) S(ize) J(eep) I said it was a Jeep Pickup??? :p Looking at it quickly it didn't seem like the bottom part of the cab was removable, that is why I had the ?? Maybe I just missed the attachment points, I have only ever seen Scrambler's with fiberglass roofs? It seemed older to than early 80's but I am not a CJ guy.

I knew you knew what it was, was just stating the specifics for those that may not... Someone may have confused this truck with a FSJ or a CJ10 which were both PUs with separate beds.

The CJ8 short cab used a bolt in steel bulkhead to close off the bottom of the cab. The top is fiberglass. This is different again from the CJ10 in that the CJ10 had a shortened tub that was only as long as the steel removable roof. the top rear door corners were squared off kinda like a YJ soft door as well.

If this was a CJ10 I probably would have bought it by now. LOL

Yeah I see the fibreglass roof now in the pic lol, didn't really pay attention to the roof as I guess I was focussing on that bulkhead thing and I had to actually go look at the pic and go ..... DOH! as my recollection was the roof was that it was metal too.....need more sleep. I really had no interest in it except to show the forum in case somebody was looking for this and the only CJ-8's I am familiar with are the Scrambler's which I think are pretty cool, I didn't really think this about this truck, just that it seemed unique. Thanks for the info to buy a CJ-10 if I ever see one
