if your talking bout E 104, and E 104A (which is part of arcol rd), i did the whole thing all the way to E 102 in 2hi. including the shale pit shortcut to summit lake and southwest door to hydro lane. beautiful scenery but not anything worthwhile for wheeling. seems like more of a nature walk for trucks IMO. the most damage I can see are some ontario pinstripes if any.

lavant trail and lavant station hydro line would seem like a challenging stocker run

And how do we find said hydro line or trail??? The guy's coming with me don't have atv's and would surely appreciate the info. They are from the city and like to get out as much as possible, but all we have around us are mud holes and skidder trails. Thanks guy's for all your info. By the way, we tried the quinn last september. No problem on my atv but we turned the trucks around after the mudhole that swallowed my quad. They got scared cause we had a 5 hour drive home. No fun if your hydro-locked. They did quite well up until that spot. It took some time but they got there.Anyways, thanks for the info again.

sorry the name of the road is hydro lane rd, not line. access from the 509 is via mosque lake rd. it ends at arcol rd. at a bridge crossing.

Does arcol road have a way to get back up thru to calabogie? As in if you hang a left on arcol off the hydro lane can you get back to the dam?

at the fork turn left and follow arcol straight through. it'll take you to the dirtbike track and also meet up with the k n p and onto barryvale. or, if you can find it, there's a turnoff of arcol to the left that'll take you to norcan lake rd and eventually the dam. there is an ofsc billboard with maps at this turnoff.

to turn right onto arcol from the fork would take you to canonto rd and back to ompah. the california trail is near there. it's unchallenging yet scenic and alot of ATV'ers back at the trout lake hotel go on about it like nothing else compares.
