Felt bigger to me, but it's my first time showing up on a Saturday, so it could be just that. A good bit more folks camped out on our end than previous years it seemed though.

Camping density felt about the same as early last year. The difference is that they cleared our more camping areas. The karaoke was packed. Our course wasn't very busy, but I'm fine with that. The course was packed up by 4:00, and we had time to view the shit show mud pit.

I just saw an update on the FB group, fires are no longer permitted. The guy who threw methyl hydrate in the fire and caught himself on fire is now suing the event for $200k.

Just saw Windsor at Crappy Tire and he updated me. I vaguely recall saying something about a suit in the making last September.

Going to have to bundle up.

Oh and if you are going to sue dont sue for 200k sue for 2 million and settle. Stupid idiot.

Waivers are only good as the plaintiff's lawyer. If you can prove negligence on the part of the defendant, it goes out the window. Looking at how much of a brain trust the plaintiff is, odds are in this case WAC has nothing to worry about. Plus god help any camping sites in general if they won. Chances are the ban will disappear once this is dealt with. Question is when the court date is
