As discussed last night at the meeting.

September 24-26

Chertsey is about 3 1/2 hours from Ottawa, north of Montreal. Rough camping with a river to clean up in. Nearest store is 20 minutes away, so all provisions should be brought in with you.

Trails are mild to wild, if there is enough interest in the smaller tire sizes we can try to make sure there is someone there who knows those trails. The trail system is vast, I've only seen 4 or 5 of the trails myself, but they are fun!

What happened to Andy at TrailFest?!?!?

I rolled my truck on a hill climb on the first trail of the day. When the truck flopped over, I smacked the back of my head on the hard top bracket on the roll cage. Got a one inch cut on my head as a result....and bled a whole lot too. lol. I also suffered a minor concussion. I was dazed and confused for several minutes before I figured out what was going on. One of the ORA guys was nice enough to bandage me up.

The truck wouldn't run afterwards so they towed me back to camp. We had a lunch break and I got my truck running again. Then I figured since I was feeling better and my truck was running and ready to go, I went on another trail ride...without and problems this time. ( my wife was not impressed when I told her that one. lol )

When we got back to camp, I loaded up the truck and all my gear and I drove back home. My wife drove me to the hospital once I got home to get checked out. They cleaned and checked out the cut and glued me back together, gave me a cat scan, found no problems and sent me home.

Maybe I should've gone to Lingham lake instead. lol

But if you would have gone to Lingham Lake we would have had no entertainment what so ever!!! Do you remember anything yet, that happened?

Not all of it. There's a lot of blanks, like how I got out of the truck, don't remember seeing the truck put back on it's wheels or pulled up the hill, and i'm sure i'm missing other stuff too. lol
