As long as its still O.K. for me to run with only the rear hook I will be at zellers parking before 9.
Hopefully its not a slop fest as I'm running the stock tires (225/75/16 wrangler st). So if its too muddy i will turn around instead of thrashing my stuff and wasting peoples time rescuing me.

Tube on the highway is fine, as long as the tire will hold it in. It's off-road you have to be careful if you air down a lot, if the tire slips on the rim the valve will get torn off.

Had to water the dog, and when we turned around everyone was gone. Explored a bit, got some glares from some of the locals so figured we were on the right path
but came across a few branches of the road. Tried a few but finally gave up. Had a nice drive back through Carp, which I hadn't been to.

The group lost you? I guess we didn't have a drivers meeting, and we didn't follow the "if the person behind you stops, you stop." practice? Sorry you lost the trail and had to turn back. You mention seeing locals, by the sounds of it you were not on the trail yet.

Sooo... Good news with my truck...
The axles will live another day for me to break them, and a really anoying noise is gone. Sounded like the CV axle was about to blow up since I got the truck, and slowly got worse untill today...
Bad news...
busted 2 outer tie rods, and blew up the CV joint on my front drive shaft
Getting another drive shaft tomorrow. Found one for $80.
Besides that, good time. Next time ill bring spare parts...lol...

My grandma delivered me the tie rods, the drive shaft I removed in carleton place cause it was vibrating like no tomorrow over 70 kmph...lol... Now I got to go to Pembroke tomorrow for my drive shaft. I may go to union and get it though... The young guy on the counter owes me a favor.
